Two years ago, RTL was approached by a local automotive repair stop to help the business create significant, measurable growth. We started off recommending a revamping of the shop website since the old one demonstrated an extremely poor user experience, excessive content, and low quality images. It was also not mobile responsive.
We created a mobile responsive website which had an instant impact on conversion from prospects to new clients. The new website offered downloadable coupons that required submission of email in order to capture new leads. The repair shop also sold used cars, and the new website offered a website storefront to showcase vehicle inventory. The website offered a way for potential customers to email in to book service appointments. This feature combined that with excellent customer service was a winning combination.
Following the launch of the website, the client retained us for SEO and Google AdWords. Within six months we were able to achieve excellent SEO results. The client saw first page ranking for multiple searchable terms (IE. BMW, Mercedes, etc) in three surrounding cities in addition to ranking first on Google Maps.
The launch of Google AdWords produced an unstoppable growth combination. As many know, success with Google AdWords grows exponentially over time. After six months, the client was experiencing, on average, a $12,600 increase in monthly sales from NEW customers, month over month. The client was averaging 18 new clients a month with an average ticket size of $700.
